Whole Home Remodeling Austin, Texas
One design, one fixed price, and one schedule for the whole house, approved before demo begins. That's how we remodel homes across Austin.
You approve the whole house before demo begins.
A whole-home remodel is hundreds of decisions. The design phase turns them into three things you sign:
One design
Every room rendered in one model of your home, revised in your client portal until it's right.
One price
Fixed, measured from a 3D scan and priced room by room, allowances included.
One schedule
Every phase and trade dated before demo, with payments tied to milestones.
The whole house in one modelThe work and what it cost
What we built, and how long it took.
The search is ours, the choice is yours
Your designer narrows every decision, from stone to hardware, to a short list that already works. You choose, and see each selection rendered in your own rooms before anything is ordered.

Behind the drywall, a healthier house
A whole-home scope opens every wall, the one chance to rebuild what's behind them. Three things we make right while the house is open.

Rockwool in the walls
Mineral wool in the open bays: it quiets rooms, resists fire, and doesn’t feed mold if water ever finds it.
New plumbing and wiring
Supply lines, drains, and circuits rerouted and brought current while every wall is reachable.
Dust contained, air filtered
The work zone seals behind zip-wall barriers, with HEPA filtration running through demo. Dust stays behind the plastic.
Occupied or moved out, an honest answer
Some whole-home scopes are livable and some aren't. We tell you which yours is during the first walkthrough, and the schedule is built around that answer.

Stay, and we phase it
The house splits into zones, sealed and HEPA-filtered.
A working kitchen setup and one full bath, every night.
Adds 2 to 3 weeks to the schedule.

Move out, and we move fast
Systems offline, floors open: no livable zone, said plainly.
An empty house builds faster, with no zone walls to work around.
Move-out and move-back dates, signed before demo.
All of this is the Enso Standard, six practices built into every project.

Real numbersbefore we meet
Most Enso projects combine more than one space and land between $75K and $500K.
Ranges reflect completed Austin projects. Yours may vary with scope, materials, and site conditions.
The design phase exists to find problems before demo begins. If something slips past us, we make it right at our expense.
