How the guarantee works
Every Enso remodel begins with a design phase built to find problems before demo does. Here is what that promise covers, and where its edges are.
Design goes first
Before demo begins, we measure everything and plan the whole job on paper. Paper is where problems cost nothing to fix.
If something slips past us
A duct where a cabinet should hang. A beam the drawings missed. If we should have seen it, it is our miss.
We cover the cost
We fix it, we pay for it, and the project keeps moving. You never see the bill.
What is covered, and what is not
Plain language, settled with you before you sign. None of it waits in fine print.
What the guarantee covers
- A measurement we got wrong
- A layout that does not fit the room
- A door or drawer the plan left no room to open
- A beam, duct, or vent we could see and did not plan around
- Work your project clearly needed that we left out of the contract
- A permit the work required that we did not plan for
- A fixture or appliance we specified for a space it cannot fit
- A finish or material we drew that cannot be built as drawn
What sits outside it
- What no one could seeSealed inside walls, under the slab, or beneath the subfloor. No design phase can see through concrete.

- Changes you requestAlways your call, always priced before anything moves.
- Selections that change in priceIf your tile doubles in price before we order it, that is the market, not a miss. We help you source an alternative at the number you planned.
How far the cost goes
We pay for the fix, including any finished work we have to open and redo to reach it. Costs beyond the repair, like a hotel stay or extra weeks on the schedule, are not covered.
How long it runs
It starts the day you approve your design and ends the day you sign off on the finished work. After that, your one-year craftsmanship warranty takes over.
If we suggest a closer look
Sometimes we ask to open up a wall in design to check an unknown. Say yes and we plan around what we find. Say no and whatever was hiding there is not covered. Either way, your call is written down.
When a miss costs us money, we measure twice. The guarantee is what keeps our design phase honest.
