Bathroom Remodeling Austin, Texas
The waterproofing planned, the selections made, the price fixed before demo begins. That's how we remodel bathrooms in Austin.
Same four walls, more room
Every layout is tested in a 3D model of your actual house, so decisions happen on screen, while change is still free.
The work and what it cost
What we built, and how long it took.
Decided on paper, before the tile
Every bathroom we build is settled in design first. The renderings, the schedule, and the line-item price are all approved before demo begins.

Cost Breakdown
Every line, fixed
Dry is decided behind the tile
Whether a bathroom stays healthy for twenty years is decided in the layers you'll never see.

Framing, prepped
Penetrations sealed, exhaust ducted outside.
Cement board
A substrate that doesn't feed mold.
KERDI membrane
One continuous waterproof sheet, walls and pan.
Tile and stone
The only layer you'll ever see.
The build, week by week
Most bathroom remodels run 4–6 weeks. This is what they look like to live with, night by night.
Demo, behind plastic
A sealed dust barrier and HEPA filtration go up first, then demo happens behind them.
Rough-in
Plumbing and electrical move to their new homes. Water shutoffs are scheduled, short, and on your calendar ahead of time.
Wet-area assembly
Cement board, the KERDI membrane, and the pan go in, sealed and inspected before tile. Cure times are real, so the schedule tells the truth about them.
Fixtures and finish
Tile, glass, vanity, paint, punch list. The final 10% isn't billed until you've walked it and signed off.

All of this is the Enso Standard, six practices built into every project.

Real numbersbefore we meet
Most Enso projects combine more than one space and land between $75K and $500K.
Ranges reflect completed Austin projects. Yours may vary with scope, materials, and site conditions.
The design phase exists to find problems before demo begins. If something slips past us, we make it right at our expense.
