Who can become a partner?
Austin-area real estate agents, designers, lenders, and architects. We review every application to keep the network strong.
Is there any cost to join?
No. Enso Circle is free for approved partners.
How and when am I paid?
You're paid as soon as your client signs their contract and their deposit is received. Full terms come with your approval.
What is expected of me?
The introduction. You connect us with your client by email, text, or submitted through the portal, and we handle everything from there.
How do I make sure I get credit for my referral?
Introduce your client before they reach out to us, through your link or the referral form. It lands in your portal, so you can see it was counted.
What happens after I submit a referral?
We reach out to your client within one business day and schedule the free walkthrough, and you'll see every step in your portal.
What if my client decides not to move forward?
Nothing lost. There is no cost or obligation to you or to them.
Do I stay in touch with my client?
Yes. Your partner portal follows the whole project with daily photos and milestones, so you're never out of the loop.
What projects and areas do you take on?
Residential remodels across the Austin area: kitchens, baths, whole homes, additions and ADUs, garage conversions, and outdoor living.
Does this work with my brokerage?
Partners refer as independent professionals. Referral arrangements are common in real estate, and you should confirm yours complies with your brokerage's policies.
